DK
Always nice to have feedback; however I am not a PPC - Prospective Parliamentary Candidate as made clear in my post I was standing as a Councillor.

As for my 'class war' comments, well, maybe a little strong, however my point stands - the Tories have never supported any form of constitutional change over the last fifty years and the only reason that they were considering it at the time of the expenses row was to try and divert attention away from the actions of some of their MPs'. I fully expect that come the autumn conferences and the next parliamentary session constitutional change of any sort will not be on the agenda.

Marc,

How lovely to see that class war and bigotry are still alive and well in the LibDims. And in a PPC too. How exciting—and how very Labour.

Am I the only Lib Dem who is furious that the Tories are being allowed to run with the change agenda, and, in the process, nick some of our policies?
I was listening to the chinless etonian making a speech on change today at the Open University in Milton Keynes. How have we allowed him to appear as if the Tories of all god-forsaken people appear to be the champions of change? They are CONSERVATIVES! They have not had a new idea since the days of Queen Victoria, they are talking constitutional change using some of our language and policies!
COME ON CLEGG! Get your act together and start making some noise about OUR policies for change!

Regards
