As for my 'class war' comments, well, maybe a little strong, however my point stands - the Tories have never supported any form of constitutional change over the last fifty years and the only reason that they were considering it at the time of the expenses row was to try and divert attention away from the actions of some of their MPs'. I fully expect that come the autumn conferences and the next parliamentary session constitutional change of any sort will not be on the agenda. DK
